Call for Papers
We invite researchers to submit abstracts for contributed talks and poster presentations at the Workshop on Applied Mathematics and Graph Theory.
Important Dates
- Early registration deadline: June 1, 2026
- Late registration: After June 1, 2026
- Abstract submission deadline: June 1, 2026
- Paper submission deadline: June 1, 2026
- Notification of acceptance: June 15, 2026
- Workshop dates: August 15-19, 2026
Submission Guidelines
- Abstracts should be submitted via email to workshop.appliedmath@gmail.com
- Use the subject line: “Abstract Submission - Workshop on Applied Mathematics and Graph Theory”
- Abstracts should be no longer than one page (Tex or Word format preferred)
- Papers should be between 4 and 12 pages page (Tex or Word format preferred)
- Please include:
- Author names and affiliations
- Contact information (email of corresponding author)
- Title of the presentation
- Preference for oral or poster presentation
- Keywords (3-5)

- Material science and related fields
- Related interdisciplinary areas
Presentation Formats
Oral Presentations
- Duration: 20 minutes (15 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A)
- Selected based on relevance and quality
Poster Presentations
- Poster size: A0 (841 × 1189 mm) or similar
- Dedicated poster session with discussion
Review Process
All submissions will be reviewed by the Programme Committee. Criteria include:
- Relevance to workshop topics
- Originality and significance
- Clarity of presentation
Important Notes
- There is no submission fee
- Authors of accepted abstracts are expected to register for the workshop
- Early registration is recommended
- The accepted papers, relevant to the field, will be invited for special issue of the journal MPEM - Mineral Processing and Extractive Metallurgy: Transactions of the Institutions of Mining and Metallurgy, as well as in journal FILOMAT, both indexed in Clarivate
